If you encounter a Google Maps API error when using The Plus Addons for Elementor Google Map widget. This error can be frustrating, but the good news is that it is easy to remove the error and get your map working again.
The Google Maps API error generally happens when the same API key is used twice on the same page.

Requirement – This widget is a part of The Plus Addons for Elementor, make sure its installed & activated to enjoy all its powers.
For example, if your theme has the option to add Google Maps API and you are also using the same API key in The Plus Addons → Extra Options → Settings → Google Map API Key section, this will cause an error in the browser console.
To fix this problem, go to The Plus Addons → Extra Options → Settings.
Scroll down to the Google Maps API section and make sure to switch off the toggle.
This will remove the error, and your map will show on the page.
