Want visitors who click Load More to be able to share that exact, expanded view with someone else? The Team Member Listing widget can append a query parameter to the page URL once Load More is used, so opening that link again shows the same expanded list immediately.
This guide enables it and confirms the shared link actually restores the loaded state.
Requirement – This widget is a part of The Plus Addons for Elementor, make sure it’s installed & activated to enjoy all its powers.
Note – This specific feature (AJAX/Shareable-URL/Load More) is available only when The Plus Addons for Elementor Pro is active; the base widget above is Free.
Before You Start
- The Plus Addons for Elementor Pro installed and activated.
- Team member posts (Post Type source) – more posts than your Maximum Posts Display so Load More has something to load.
Steps
- Add the Team Member Listing widget with Select Source set to Post Type.
- Under More Post Options, set More Post Loading Options to Load More.
- Turn on URL Enable so the Load More state becomes shareable.
What this pass verified
Confirmed on the front end (site 1, 2026-09-27), logged out (i.e. as a normal site visitor): with Maximum Posts Display 3 and Load More Post set to 4, clicking Load More correctly appended the next posts (3 becoming 7 of the 8 total) and the page URL changed to include &loadmore_<widget-id>=1. Opening that exact URL fresh (a new page load, no click) restored the expanded 7-post view immediately, proving the shareable link genuinely works.
Unlike the Category Filter’s AJAX mode (see the separate AJAX Filter doc), Load More’s underlying request succeeded for a logged-out visitor – it does not depend on the same global theplus_nonce value that is empty when logged out, so this feature is not affected by that defect.
