## Before You Start

- **Edition:** **Pro** — URL Enable is part of The Plus Addons for Elementor Pro. In the free plugin this control does not appear in the panel at all. The Category Wise Filter it relies on is Pro too.- **Widget to enable:** Blog/Post Listing, switched on under **ThePlus Settings > Widgets**.

## Step 1: Add the widget

Add the **Blog/Post Listing** widget, keep **Post Listing Types** on Normal Page, and choose any layout except Carousel.

## Step 2: Turn on the filter and choose AJAX

In **Content > Category Wise Filter**, switch on **Category Wise Filter** and set **Filter Type** to **AJAX**. URL Enable does not appear with the Normal filter type.

## Step 3: Turn on URL Enable

Open **Content > Special Option** and switch on **URL Enable**.

## Step 4: Test the link

On the published page, click a category, copy the address from the browser, and open it in a new window. The listing opens with that category already selected.

Useful for linking from a newsletter or a menu straight to, say, your Tutorials posts, without building a separate page for them.
