Cloudflare Turnstile is a privacy-friendly CAPTCHA alternative, and the Form widget from The Plus Addons for Elementor supports it with a Cloudflare field.

Requirement – This widget is a part of The Plus Addons for Elementor, make sure it’s installed & activated to enjoy all its powers.
Before You Start
- Edition: Pro — The Cloudflare field needs The Plus Addons for Elementor Pro. The free plugin does not list it.
- Widget to enable: Form, switched on under The Plus Addons > Widgets.
- A free Cloudflare account.
Get Your Turnstile Keys
- Log in to Cloudflare and open Turnstile.
- Click Add Widget and give the widget a name, for example your domain name.
- Click + Add Hostnames and add your domain, without http:// or https://.
- Choose a Widget Mode. You can leave pre-clearance set to No.
- Click Create. Cloudflare shows your Site Key and Secret Key.
Keep the page with your keys open.
Save the Keys in The Plus Addons
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to The Plus Addons > Widgets and find the Form widget.
- Click the settings (gear) icon on the Form card. The Form Features pop-up opens.
- Open the Cloudflare Turnstile tab, paste the Site Key and Secret Key and click Save.
Add the Cloudflare Field
- Edit your form in Elementor and click + Add Item in Content > General.
- Open the new item and set Type to Cloudflare.
- Choose the Cloudflare Turnstile Mode, then publish.

How It Behaves
- The form is only sent after Cloudflare confirms the visitor. Otherwise the visitor sees the Submission Issue message.
- Until both keys are saved, the form shows “Please add Cloudflare Turnstile Site Key and Secret Key.” in red, and visitors see it too.
Limitations
- The keys apply to every Form widget on your site. Once they are saved, a Form widget without a Cloudflare field stops working and shows an error when submitted. Add a Cloudflare field to every Form widget on the site.
- Non-Interactive mode currently displays the visible widget, the same as Managed.
Troubleshooting
A form that has no Cloudflare field now shows an error
That form is affected by the saved keys. Add a Cloudflare field to it, or remove the keys if no form needs Turnstile.
Submissions fail with the Turnstile field
Check the hostname you added in Cloudflare matches your site’s domain, and that you copied the Secret Key, not the Site Key, into the Secret Key box.
