# How to Use Elementor Template in a Timeline?

To use an Elementor template in the timeline, first, you have to create and save the template in Elementor.

Then, add the Timeline widget from The Plus Addons for Elementor to a page and follow the steps -

1. Open the repeater item to which you want to add the Elementor template.

2. Then, select **Template** from the **Content Type** dropdown.

3. After that choose your Elementor template from the **Elementor Templates** dropdown.

> *Note: When using an Elementor template the title and description of that repeater item won’t show.*

Now you’ll see your Elementor template content in that specific timeline item.
