# How to Show Google Sign-in with Both Login and Registration Forms in Elementor?

## 

- Integrates Google sign-in in both login and registration forms using the WP Login & Register widget from The Plus Addons for Elementor.
- Requires installation and activation of The Plus Addons for Elementor to utilize the WP Login & Register widget features.
- Enables Google sign-in by configuring two WP Login & Register widgets with specific settings in the Forms Layout and Social Login/Register tabs.

With the **Login and Register** type, the **WP Login & Register** widget shows the Google button on the sign-up side only. If you want Google on both sides, a second widget does the job.

This doc shows the two-widget setup with the Google button of The Plus Addons for Elementor.

## Before You Start

- **Edition:** **Pro** — the WP Login & Register widget is only part of The Plus Addons for Elementor Pro. The free plugin lists it as a locked Pro widget and does not add it to Elementor.- **Widget to enable:** WP Login & Register, switched on under **The Plus Addons > Widgets**.- A Google **Client ID** saved in **The Plus Addons > Settings > API > Login with Google**.- **Anyone can register** ticked in **Settings > General** if new visitors should get an account through Google.

## How to Show Google Sign-in on Both Forms

- Add a **WP Login & Register** widget, set **Type** to **Login and Register** and keep **Layout** on **Standard Form**.- In its **Social Login/Register** section, leave **Google** off.- Add a second **WP Login & Register** widget right below the first one.- Set this second widget's **Type** to **Login** (or **Register**) with the **Standard Form** layout.- In its **Social Login/Register** section, turn on **Google** and then **Hide Form**.

The second widget now shows only the Google button, under the first widget's login and sign-up tabs.

## How It Behaves

- **Hide Form** removes the fields of that widget and keeps the Google button.- **Hide Form** is offered only for the **Login** and **Register** types with the **Standard Form** layout.- According to the plugin code, a Google account whose email matches an existing user logs that user in; a new account is only created while **Anyone can register** is on.- Use **Redirect URL** in the same section to send people to a page after Google sign-in.

## Google Button Options

| **Size** | Large, Medium, Small, Custom (with **Width**) |

## Limitations

- The button is drawn even when no Client ID is saved, but sign-in cannot work without one. Save the Client ID first.- In the **Login and Register** type, Google appears on the sign-up side only; that is why this setup uses a second widget.- The widget is part of The Plus Addons for Elementor Pro only.

## Troubleshooting

### The Google button is missing on the login tab

That is expected in the **Login and Register** type. Add the second widget as described above.
