# How to Add a Custom Link to Each Elementor Icon List?

- Style Lists en The Plus Addons for Elementor asigna a cada elemento de la lista su propio campo Link, con opciones de Open in new window y Add nofollow por elemento.

When each item in a list points somewhere different, visitors can jump straight to the page they came for instead of hunting for it.

The Style Lists widget in The Plus Addons for Elementor gives every list item its own **Link** field, with the usual new-tab and nofollow options.

## Before You Start

- **Edition:** **Free** — Style Lists is part of the free The Plus Addons for Elementor plugin.- **Widget to enable:** **Stylish List**, switched on under **The Plus Addons > Widgets**. That is the card name on the Widgets screen; in the Elementor panel the widget is called **Style Lists**.- **Icons:** the widget does not load Font Awesome's stylesheet. Font Awesome 5 icons are drawn as inline SVG and always show; Font Awesome 4 icons (including the three defaults) come out blank on a page that has no other Font Awesome user.

## Steps

- Add the **Style Lists** widget to the page.- Under **Content**, click the item you want to link. Each row opens its own settings.- Type or paste the destination into the **Link** field.- Use the gear icon next to the field for **Open in new window** and **Add nofollow**.- Repeat for every item that needs its own destination. Items you leave blank stay plain text.

## How It Behaves

- The link wraps that item's icon and its text together, so the whole row is clickable, and it wraps nothing else — the other items stay unlinked.- **Open in new window** writes `target="_blank"` and **Add nofollow** writes `rel="nofollow"` on that one item.- The **Description** field is a full editor, so you can also put an ordinary inline link inside the text if you want only part of the item clickable.

## Limitations

- There is one link per item. To make two separate targets in one row, use inline links inside the **Description** instead.- The link colour is not a separate control — the anchor inherits the item's text colour from **Style > Content Options**.- If an item has a link and you also put an inline link in its Description, you end up with a link inside a link, which browsers handle unpredictably.

## Troubleshooting

### The whole item is not clickable

Check the **Link** field of that item rather than the widget — the setting is per item, so an empty field leaves that row as plain text.

### The link does not open in a new tab

Open the gear icon beside the **Link** field and switch on **Open in new window** for that item. It is not a widget-wide setting.

### The linked item looks the same as the others

That is expected: the anchor inherits the item text colour. Set a different colour under **Style > Content Options**, or add an icon to mark linked items.
