Social reviews, especially Facebook reviews, have become an integral part of a company’s reputation. While positive reviews can boost a company’s credibility and attract new customers, negative reviews can have the opposite effect.
With the Social Reviews widget from The Plus Addons for Elementor, you can easily show a 1 star Facebook review as a positive review.

Requirement – This widget is a part of The Plus Addons for Elementor, make sure it’s installed & activated to enjoy all its powers.
To do this, add the Social Reviews widget on the page and follow the steps –
1. From the Type dropdown, select Reviews, then select the appropriate style and layout for the reviews.
2. After adding reviews from Facebook, go to the Review Option tab and select the star rating you want to replace the 1 star with from the Negative Review Stars dropdown. You can select from 1 star to 4 stars.

All your 1 star Facebook reviews will show your selected star rating instead of your 1 star rating.
