Limiting the length of blog post titles by word count can be useful for improving the overall design and readability of your blog page. It can help to create a clean and organized look that enhances the user experience.

With the Blog Listing widget from The Plus Addons for Elementor, you can easily limit the blog post title by character and word count.

Requirement  – This widget is a part of The Plus Addons for Elementor, make sure its installed & activated to enjoy all its powers.

To do this, add the Blog Listing widget on the page, after selecting the appropriate listing type, style and layout, go to Extra Options tab, and turn on the Title Limit toggle.

To limit the title by word count, select Word from the Limit on dropdown.

Note: You can also limit the title by characters, by selecting Character from the Limit on dropdown.   

In the Title Count field, you can set the number of words it will show in the title.

You can also turn on the Display Dots toggle to add dots at the end of a title if it exceeds the number set in the Title Count field.
